We have our own registered charity partner i.e., “The Prince of Wales Hospice” where we make regular donations, also we provide the option for our employees to nominate their chosen charity partners such as “Yorkshire Air Ambulance, British Heart Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, plus many more through donations raised each month by our dress down Fridays, coffee mornings and other events. We also, sponsor local community football teams, along with kit sponsorship for our employees.

We provide to all our employees the Y30 members club, which is a group of Yorkshire based businesses that are ambitious, innovative, and passionate about Yorkshire. It enables us to be involved in the promotion of Yorkshire businesses whilst also allowing our employees to obtain discounts around the Yorkshire region. We also subscribe to an employee benefits scheme “Dovecote Rewards” which also generates tremendous savings at major retail outlets for all our employees.

All our employees have access to the company shop on all our sites, where they can buy our products at a reduced price.
