Our mighty Tomahawk is back in Waitrose stores for a limited time over this Father's Day period. Why not treat that special someone in your life, and serve alongside one of the following accompaniments.Top Tips:- Ensure you preheat the pan well before cooking the steak to ensure a good sear and caramelisation on the outside.

Chimichurri Sauce - serves 4-6Mix together the following ingredients for a fresh and tasty Chimichurri Sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch finely chopped parsley
- 1 bunch finely chopped coriander
- 3 cloves grated garlic
- 1 red chilli - finely diced
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano
- cracked black pepper & coarse sea salt - enough to season
- Enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a dressing consistency
Salsa Verde - serves 4-6
Mix together the following ingredients for a punchy Salsa Verde
- 1 bunch finely chopped parsley
- 1 bunch finely chopped basil
- 1 bunch finely chopped mint
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- small handful of capers
- 2 large gherkins - finely diced
- cracked black pepper & coarse sea salt - enough to season
- Enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a dressing consistency
Roasted Tenderstem BroccoliOven cook - preheat to
180°c. Place the tenderstem broccoli on to a non-stick roasting tray, drizzle with oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Roast for approximately 15-20 minutes
BBQ - drizzle the tenderstem broccoli with oil and season with sea salt and black pepper. Place broccoli on to BBQ and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to create a charred effect.
