Prince of Wales Hospice Donations

Dovecote Park have once again supported our local community with a donation of Beef hampers to the Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract. In these challenging times, we delivered hampers directly to those most vulnerable patients - as well as offering hampers to the fantastic team of nurses, carers and volunteers at the hospice in exchange for a £10 donation to the charity.

In total we delivered 40 hampers and raised an outstanding £500, well done to all those involved - especially Simon and Carl in our despatch team who personally packed and delivered each hamper. In addition, we have a 'star baker' in our ranks - Simon generously spent the previous evening baking cheesecakes and included these with his deliveries!!
